As part of the strategic development of the School of Engineering, we currently have 3 positions available for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer with expertise in one or a combination of the following areas: Civil, Mechanical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
The successful candidates will join the internationally recognised School of Engineering of Cardiff University. The School has an exciting new cross-discipline Year 1 starting in Sept 2023. The key features of the new Year 1 are: large integrated modules (to diversify student understanding and develop multi-disciplinary applications); guiding students through large open-ended multi-disciplinary team-projects; and developing inquisitive and creative problem-solving approaches to engineering problems. The new appointments are intended to principally support, and potentially take leading roles in, this new provision.
All 3 positions are full time, available immediately and are open ended.
