About the opportunity
The Integration Administrator - DevOps and API works within the Enterprise Integration and Data team to manage the deployments and releases of university API solutions, guiding developers to implement and deliver through CI/CD pipelines and adhering to integration standards.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- administer and monitor the MuleSoft Cloudhub platform and ICT DevOps platform/tools to maintain optimum performance capabilities and stringent security controls
- proactively monitor api's deployed in the production environment and conduct tuning activities to resolve system and data issues
- identify, analyse and resolve API issues stemming from ServiceNow tickets, overnight issues and/or customer requests. This includes communicating and reporting issues and/or status updates to management and peers
- contribute to the integration governance principles and standards, participate in technical design review discussions with the Integration designer & developer, solution architect and provide feedback to ensure the steps have been adhered to for deployments/releases.
About you
- 3+ years of professional hands-on experience with MuleSoft development, including areas such as Anypoint Studio, Java, and/or API Management
- extensive integration platform administration and integration operational support, monitoring and debugging of software solutions.
- experience working with SSL certificates, networking concepts and user access controls within the Mulesoft and CI/CD platforms/tools
- strong experience performing complex software system configurations
- solid understanding of CI/CD processes and API design principles, integration patterns and governance standards with integration strategies like API-led connectivity in MuleSoft
