Applications are invited for appointment as Fractional Principal Professional Practitioner in Finance (80%) (several posts) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 519619) (to commence on July 1, 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal) 

Applicants should possess a Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related disciplines, with at least 20 years of relevant professional work experience and distinguished achievements at the senior management level.  They should also have a proven ability and record of quality teaching at tertiary level.  The appointees are expected to provide high-quality teaching in the area of Finance. The functional title of “Professor of Practice” may be offered to an outstanding candidate, subject to approval by the University.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.  Housing benefits will also be provided as applicable.
