About the opportunity

The Integration Governance Lead is the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for overall Enterprise Integration Strategy, establishing integration standards and driving the implementation of integration governance policies and frameworks. This position is focused on evaluating internal governance practices, identifying issues, integrating data both operationally and transactionally; and ensuring consistency of integration solutions across business functions.

Working to tight deadlines with rapidly changing priorities, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • provide strategic technical leadership support to internal business stakeholders in developing, implementing, helping, adopting and providing guidance over the enterprise integration platforms like MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform for APIs, Informatica for ETL, Informatica MDM and GCP (BigQuery) across the development lifecycle
  • design and Implement integration strategies around API and ETL architecture, standards and governance, and introduce modern tools and processes to create efficient Integration solutions
  • create, Implement and maintain integration governance framework, integration security, policies and best practices across all integration environments
  • implement, analyse and monitor Enterprise Integration environments on a regular basis and provide recommendations that will maximise business value and ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical leadership to support day-to-day data and application integration governance activities such as Integration design/Architecture reviews. Ensure good balance between compliance and efficiency in all governance processes
  • proactively manage and provide oversight regarding complex risks, issues and work with the team to ensure appropriate technical solutions are in place

About you

  • ability to collaborate, coach and guide integration Practice team members, internal and external customers, and stakeholders on best integration governance approach
  • proven track record of delivery including working on a project from pre-inception through to business and technical delivery in an Agile delivery environment
  • experience in traditional data technologies (relational databases, ETL tools (Informatica), Master Data, Data Catalog) and modern data technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks, Open Source)
  • good design and hands on experience on the MuleSoft Integration platform and Informatica ETL
  • experience in Middleware, SOA, Integration, and API technologies
  • Experience in applying modern data architectures, data platforms, big data, ML/AI, analytics, cloud platforms, data governance and information management to projects
  • Strong Integration strategy expertise, program and project management, compliance, auditing and/or business analysis experience.
