Role Description

About the Role

This is a full-time position. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of allocated academic administration and student and academic support relating to taught and research students and for ensuring high levels of customer support.

They will work closely with Student and Academic support leads and academic colleagues across the school to ensure the student experience is effective, consistent and of a high standard.

About You

You will be an experienced administrator with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent (including English and Maths) and be IT literate in all Microsoft applications. You must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. You will be an adaptable team player, with a proactive approach, the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and to follow a range of time critical processes efficiently and accurately, in a busy environment. You will be able to prioritise and manage a high volume of work, working quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines. A firm understanding of good customer service delivery is a must.
