An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly organised professional to work as the Executive Officer to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Academic).
About the Role
As the Executive Officer, you will work in a high paced environment and provide a high level strategic and professional support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Academic). The scope of this position includes project management, research, analysis, developmental work and writing documents for a variety of audiences including executive level reports, presentations, correspondence and advice.
We require someone who can hit the ground running and work under tight deadlines. You must be able to prioritise, exhibit critical thinking, be pro-active and well-organised, anticipate the immediate and future needs of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Academic), as well as be comfortable with working independently and within a team environment. You must also have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Confidentiality and discretion are critically important for this position.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $126,502 to $140,431 p.a. (comprising Salary of $106,896 to $118,666 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
