The Division of Industrial Design seeks highly qualified candidates to support their newly formed Master of Design (MDes) in Integrated Design. The program aims to nurture front-line design professionals and visionaries for established and emerging fields of design, such as Service Design, Strategic Design, Experience Design, Interaction Design and Transformative Design. The program will attract students and professionals from various design-related disciplines, thus creating a multi-disciplinary learning and collaborative environment.
The MDes in Integrated Design at NUS will be the first advanced degree programme of its kind in Singapore, a global hub of business, technology, and service. It is home to a wide range of multinational corporations such as Dyson, Google, Facebook, IBM, SAP, DBS, Visa, Singapore Airlines, Samsung, Philips, and Dell. The MDes program will strategically leverage this professional environment by engaging students in immersive, research-based activities through their examination of design problems in collaboration with an industry collaborator.
