About Finance and Procurement Services
Finance and Procurement Services assist the University to achieve its goals by providing quality leadership, information, and financial services. The Finance and Procurement Services team develops and maintains financial policies and procedures and internal control to facilitate the conduct of university business. Comprising three sub directorates; one being Planning and Performance, when working in here you will focus on budgeting, forecasting, research financial management and college financial operations.
About the Role
The Administration Officer (Finance) will be responsible for delivering a high-level of administration support within the Finance teams servicing the wider stakeholders across Colleges within Flinders University. The Administration Officer (Finance) will be an effective and experienced administrator who has an eye for detail and capable of working across multiple University systems and Colleges. They will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Planning and Performance College teams in the administration, financial support, maintenance and integrity of the University's finance system. In this regard the Administration Officer (Finance) will be processing financial transactions, liaising with stakeholders, answering queries, providing reporting services and other associated administrative duties in relation to relevant Finance functions.

Along with your tertiary qualification, you will exhibit well-developed interpersonal and interactive skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across the university using multiple technical based programs and platforms. You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to provide solutions and solve problems autonomously and be able to liaise with various key stakeholders.
