Following the Greenwich Business School’s successful application to the Small Business Charter, we are seeking to appoint a Programme Lead on a fixed-term contract, due to complete in July 2024, to provide excellent leadership for our Help to Grow Management (HTGM) programme. 

Reporting to the Associate Head – Research and Knowledge Exchange, in the Greenwich Business School’s Executive Business Centre, the post holder will lead our capacity and capability to deliver business support programmes, including staff resources and skills, availability of teaching specialists, and collaboration with key university support services such as finance, marketing and legal.

In addition, the Programme Lead – Help to Grow will develop a suitable programme structure including appropriately skilled people in programme coordination and facilitation roles and ensure that people in all programme roles engage with training sessions and resources.

Candidates would enjoy working with a range of stakeholders, possess strong leadership skills and have experience in working with CABS and business bodies.

The successful candidate must hold a degree in Business or a related professional qualification
