Salary: Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £26,860 to £30,513 per annum with potential progression to £37,701 per annum.

Role Description

About the Role

Contributing to the success of digital transformation and underpinning the IT strategy, this new specialist role within the IT Training team has a focus on assessing the confidence and competence of the University community in their use of digital tools, determining effective solutions to grow and retain these skills, developing appropriate training and interventions to address identified gaps and building a resource hub on SharePoint 365.

About You

Professionally qualified or with substantial relevant experience, you will have demonstrable knowledge of full cycle training processes, working independently and as part of a team to create training content, deliver training, and create support resources accessible to all. With proven communication and organisation skills you will plan and run successful digital awareness campaigns and skills assessment sessions suitable for staff at all levels, as well as our students, and use your analytical skills to interpret results and offer solutions. You will use your knowledge and experience of SharePoint 365 to build the Digital Skills Hub.
