Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Centre for Civil Society and Governance (Ref.: 518856), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree preferably in Social Sciences or a related discipline with research expertise in Sustainability, Corporate Governance and Sustainability, Civic and Stakeholder Engagement, Transition Theory and Environmental Policy Analyses. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English; excellent communication skills as well as advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Preference will be given to those who have a good knowledge of Theory of Change and Logic Models and some practical experience of conducting Sustainability Assessment, and Impact Evaluation and Disclosure.
The appointee will be responsible for planning and managing research projects; collecting and analyzing data; drafting manuscripts; and performing other research-related duties as assigned. Teaching duties on the aforementioned topics may be assigned. He/She should be able to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and have a track record in working closely with other stakeholders in the community.
