As part of our commitment to the continued expansion of medical, pharmaceutical and health sciences at Bangor University, the School of Medical and Health Sciences seeks to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology to contribute to the BSc in Pharmacology (commencing 2023/24).
We are looking for an outstanding individual to contribute to the development and delivery of the BSc in Pharmacology. You will be an experienced educator with a track record of research or scholarly achievements. Whilst expertise in most aspects of pharmacology is relevant to the post, we would welcome applicants with a major interest in at least one of the following subject areas: Cardiovascular, Renal and Respiratory Pharmacology, Quantitative Pharmacology, Pharmacogenomics, Drug Safety and Toxicology.
The successful candidate will be educated to PhD level or equivalent in pharmacology or a relevant subject area.
The post is full-time and permanent, and the successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as practical. Applications will also be considered to carry out this role on a part-time or job share basis
