The role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey for the pre-commencement experience. Working in this strategic context, the post-holder will be an experienced leader for all staff in Access, Admissions and Recruitment and a collaborative leader for colleagues involved in related areas across the Institution. They will be passionate about ensuring that there is a seamless journey for everyone who applies to study at Durham University. Strong relationship-building competencies will be required in order to further the cross-institutional infrastructure related to recruitment which includes the provision of a bespoke Business Partner service to Faculties and Academic Schools.
