The College of Health Sciences invites applications for positions Assistant Dean, Practice Affairs
Reporting to the Dean, College of Health Sciences, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, and evaluation of a broad range of courses within the Health Science programs. S/he will provide a range of academic leadership and administrative responsibilities to support the Dean, College of Health Sciences in matters related to student practice learning experiences, including laboratory, simulation, practicum, community service and work experiences, and international exchanges.
PhD (or equivalent as designated and approved) in a relevant discipline from a recognized, accredited institution and should demonstrate evidence of scholarly, professional, and creative achievement sufficient to qualify at the rank of Professor/Associate Professor.
Professional Licensing and Certifications relevant to the Disciplines taught in the College.
8+ years of employment experience with a combination of experience as a practitioner/professional within the relevant discipline, as well as experience in a supervisory/management role within the relevant discipline.
Eligible Professors and Associate Professors that have exhibited consistent exceptional performance.
