Organizations are viewed as dynamic entities that rely on skilled leaders to function efficiently, and to ensure positive workplace culture and climate. In addition to its own courses, the program in Organizational Sciences draws from business, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, educational leadership, and other disciplines to provide students with an understanding of interpersonal workplace dynamics and fundamentals of leadership.   • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in the home department, with those in cooperating units, and with stakeholders in students’ communities.
