Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the documentation improvement of the Social Practice Center (SPC) upon working procedures, project guidelines and instructions;
- Play the key duty to collect and summarize relevant text and graphic materials of SPC programs and conduct data management and statistics analysis;
- Carry out daily management and administrative support for current student organizations, and tap potential projects for further incubation and continuous operation;
- Assisting the branding and promoting of SPC with design, image & video editing as well as production of brochures and presentable outputs;
- Support on logistic arrangement of the social practice courses during implementation, lead training sessions and outreach events independently;
- Engage cross-functionally with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably with Master degree;
- Experience with certain social practice participation; Internship at tertiary institutions is preferred;
- A good command of written and spoken language skills in English and Chinese; Being superior with logistic and presenting skills;
- Enthusiasm and patience for public welfare and student affairs, a team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office; Statistics analysis ability is preferred;
- Positive attitude and sense of responsibility; Willing to work independently against challenges and target to higher ranks;
- Adapted to work flexibly.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
