Research Assistant

Job Description

The research assistant should have an experience in research works in the field of data science and urban traffic. Besides mastering data mining activities like data cleaning and exploration, and the application of data mining techniques, the candidate should have a good experience search based problem solving and metaheuristics. The mission of the research assistant is to participate intensively in researches that aim at solving urban traffic problems like (1) congestion avoidance and routing, (2) traffic light operation optimizing (3) and transportation big data mining. Metaheuristics optimization, Deep learning based mining and big data experiences are highly requested. The position effective date is 2nd of January 2020 or position filled and ends on 30th of June 2022 with the possibility of extension The salary will be determined and readjusted based on candidate’s skills evaluation and achievements
