Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Digital Mental Health in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 519234), to commence as soon as possible for one to two year(s), with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team based at the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine.  The team consists of enthusiastic and highly-motivated individuals, and is internationally renowned for its contribution towards clinical research in psychiatry and mental disorders. Applicants should possess a doctoral degree by research (Ph.D. or equivalent) in psychiatry, psychology, social sciences, public health, sociology, statistics, or a relevant discipline, with an excellent publication track record. They should have a strong quantitative background, relevant experience in conducting and managing community research and clinical studies, and demonstrated expertise in conducting psychiatric interviews and analysing large and complex datasets.  Proficiency in at least one statistical software package (e.g. SPSS, Stata, SAS, R, Mplus) is required.

The team is looking for an individual with high calibre to develop studies in the area of digital health in mental disorders, in collaboration with expert researchers and clinicians. The initiative involves the development and evaluation of innovative online mental health detection and intervention tools. The appointee will conduct scholarly research, lead projects, prepare manuscripts and reports, assist in the supervision of junior research staff and students, and perform other duties as assigned.
