This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of ambitious plans to attract, recruit and admit a diverse cohort of students to University of West of Scotland (UWS) through outstanding widening participation practices.
The post-holder will lead the delivery of pre and post applicant enquiry and conversion activities within the University in support of the University’s strategic objectives and goals, and will contribute toward target student intakes.
Our ideal candidate will have managerial experience of working within a conversion-based environment (preferably in HE) and an understanding of various conversion methods and strategies. You will also have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to provide guidance to others, with a strong understanding of relationship management techniques and approaches, together with the ability to motivate and lead a team with a firm commitment to achieving target driven outputs.
You will also be part of an ambitious and forward-thinking wider Marketing and Student Recruitment department which puts our students at the heart of everything we do.
