Our Anniversary Fellows will support and inspire each other, fostering innovation on an international platform.  You will hold a PhD and will be on the way to demonstrating potential for research excellence in your field. Highly motivated and organised, you will demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, and will also have exemplary powers of communication, alongside a collaborative and inclusive approach.

What we can offer you

We aim to create an environment where everyone can thrive and are proactive in fostering a culture of inclusion, respect and equality of opportunity. We believe that we can only truly meet our objectives if we are reflective of society, so we are passionate about creating a working environment in which you are free to bring your whole self to work.

We welcome applications from all aspiring Fellows.   We especially welcome applications from people who identify with one or more of the following: Black, Asian, a minority ethnic background, coming from a lower socio-economic background, LGBTQ+, a woman or having a disability as these identities are currently under represented in our senior academic community.

We will support your long-term future too, with access to the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS)*, subsidised health and fitness facilities and a range of discounts.
