The person appointed will work as part of the Office of the Vice-President for Equality and Diversity. The Equality Data Analyst will work closely with, and under the direction of the Vice-President for Equality and Diversity leading on the identification, gathering and analysis of relevant EDI/widening participation student and staff data to inform strategy and reporting. The appointee will lead on identifying, monitoring, evaluating and visualising EDI/widening participation data and metrics against the University's key performance indicators to ensure that consistent and reliable evidence-based policy, practice and reporting is undertaken.
Salary Administrative Officer II (2022): €41, 317 – €59, 152 p.a. (9 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
