The International Office within the Directorate of Marketing and External Relations is seeking a full time International Admissions Coordinator.
A key part of the role is ensuring that decisions on international applications are made quickly and effectively. On a daily basis you will liaise with applicants as first point of contact, handling a range of phone, email and Live Chat enquiries, providing information and on-going support in relation to an application. As an International Admissions Coordinator you will be responsible for providing an effective customer service to applicants and prospects ensuring accuracy and proficiency are at the forefront.
You will provide a full range of administrative support to the office and work closely with colleagues across the University’s faculties and directorates to support the achievement of the University’s international recruitment targets.
Located in a busy office environment, the successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a strong commitment to customer care and team working. An existing knowledge of university applications systems and processes is desirable.
