The University of Southampton is a research-intensive University, with annual research income in excess of £120 million. Research and Innovation Services (RIS) is recruiting a Research Funding Coordinator in its Research Funding Development team to support that success and to provide academic and research colleagues, expert advice, and assistance in research funding (UK/international) and bid support.
We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual of graduate calibre and a proven track-record of making things happen. You will support a team of research management specialists who advise and guide researchers (especially those new to securing external research funding) on the UK research funding landscape. Astute and highly motivated, you will call on your excellent administrative skills and project management to develop resources, organise events and promote funding research opportunities across the University.
This post is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis (12 months) - Maternity Cover.
