The Faculty of Business and Administrative Sciences at Beykoz University, Istanbul, Turkey, is seeking to hire full time faculty members in the area of management and organisation.

Beykoz University is a foundation-owned private university in Istanbul, Turkey. Established in 2016, it is a young university specializing in a number of areas including engineering and architecture, business and administrative sciences, arts and design, social sciences, and logistics. It emphasizes both research and professional education, employing innovative approaches including the so-called competency development program, co-op education, and module based curricula. https://www.beykoz.edu.tr

The Faculty of Business and Administrative Sciences focuses on areas in business administration, logistics management, and international trade and finance and emphasizes synergy among academic departments with strong intersection among programs. https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/2257-faculty-of-business-and-administrative-sciences

Candidates must hold a PhD in these areas or in a related field. Academic rank and appointment type will be commensurate with years of experience, accomplishments, and research productivity.

Successful candidates are expected to have the ability to: (i)Demonstrate excellence in teaching both at undergaduate and graduate courses, (ii) Conduct high quality research, collaborating with other faculty to obtain external research funding, (iii)Supervise graduate students in their research, obtaining external funding for their support. (iv)Publish in refereed, high impact journals, book chapters and books. (v)Represent the university at professional meetings nationally and across the world.
