About the position

In collaboration with Northern Health, and research funding from the Transport Accident Commission, we will co-design, implement and evaluate an innovative digital care pathway for patients presenting to the Emergency Department with Back (the BACKTrAC study). The project will incorporate the Value Based Healthcare principles of Clinical/Client Outcomes, Client Experience and Provider Experience in exploring the barriers and facilitators of digital care implementation and subsequent evaluation for its ongoing use.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have;

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline, and evidence of participation in higher level study relevant to health-related disciplines/area.
  • Ability to complete high-quality qualitative research, including but not limited to the development and completion of one-on-one interviews and focus groups.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member in a collaborative and collegial manner.
