TWO POSTS – International Recruitment and Conversion Coordinator

The International Student Recruitment Office is seeking applications from individuals to join as International Recruitment and Conversion Coordinators. You will join a dedicated team whose core responsibility is to maximise and support the enrolment of international new entrants to UWS Scottish Campuses. This involves the recruitment, conversion and admission of suitably qualified international leads and applicants from a range of countries to the University for full-time, fee-paying degree study at Scottish campuses. The post-holder will ensure an efficient and effective customer-focused pre-enrolment journey from enquiry to arrival on-campus. 

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • HND/SVQ level 4 or equivalent, or equivalent relevant and practical work experience. 
  • Considerable experience of administration within a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Experience of dealing constructively with conflicting/competing priorities
  • Experience of identifying and implementing appropriate solutions to problems
  • Experience of contributing to developing and implementing efficient and effective business processes using own initiative
  • Experience of working in Higher Education and/or experience of student recruitment, conversion and/or admissions services is highly desirable
