Part Time Temporary: 0.75 FTE (27 hours per week)

Based at the Highfield Campus, the University of Southampton Auditiory Implant Service (USAIS) is a regional service to provide Auditory Implants for deaf adults and children - you will be one of 2 Reception Administrators and part of the Customer Service Team.  You will be managing the reception area, dealing with enquiries from patients,  staff and visitors and processing incoming mail.

To be successful you will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be a team player and able to work accurately with minimal supervision demonstrating a customer-focused approach.  You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft IT packages and ideally will have used a database/administration system.

A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service clearance at Standard level is required for this role. 

The hours will be worked over 5 afternoons and there will be an opportunity for flexible overtime to cover for the morning receptionist.
