As the Associate Director, Student Administration (Enrolment, Progression, Completion), you'll lead the strategic development, planning and operational management of student administration functions to ensure a strong service culture in line with the mission, vision and goals of the university, with an emphasis on the student and staff experience.

Reporting to the Academic Registrar and Director, Student Administration, you'll provide high level leadership to drive service improvement initiatives and projects and oversee effective change management practice in alignment with the university's service excellence agenda. You'll also manage a diverse team providing operational excellence to academic progress and fees, candidature services, course completions, enrolments and academic records and scholarships.

Key to your success will be in your ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure the provision of high-quality services that are aligned with and contribute to, the strategic priorities of the Student Administration Directorate and the university.

You'll also be an accomplished strategist, leader and manager, with a passion for improving and enhancing our student and staff experience and success, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
