If so; we are looking for somebody with some practical experience of delivering soft skills training face to face and/or online to groups, and some experience of developing engaging and cost-effective training solutions.

About the role

This role offers a great opportunity to further develop your experience in training delivery and design. You will be responsible for delivering a set of bitesize sessions on topics such as, communication styles, working with change and time management. You will work with the team to co-facilitate and co-design a range of training and development workshops and activities that support the development of our staff at the University.

About You

You will have some previous experience in facilitating online and/or face-to-face soft skills workshops with groups and the development of training materials/course design. Your flexible style and “can-do attitude” will enable you to build relationships quickly with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and recommend the most appropriate training solution.

This role is based at our lively Highfield campus, although your time will be split between working remotely from home and catching up with colleagues on campus.
