The Role

  • Fixed Term (18 months), Full Time
  • Senior remuneration package in the range of $163,072 - $203,840 pa (including 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Port Macquarie, Wagga Wagga (hybrid working arrangements available)

The Director, Strategic Infrastructure Projects is accountable for the development and effective implementation of sustainable University-wide master planning and modern space utilisation analysis solutions. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining mechanisms that seamlessly deliver physical infrastructure projects to support the Universitys strategic objectives through integrated planning and development processes.

To be successful you will have:

  • Senior leadership experience in a large and complex organisation with demonstrated experience in successful planning and implementation of strategic infrastructure projects.
  • Executive level experience in negotiating, with the ability to lead and manage physical and financial resource allocations.
  • Thorough knowledge of quality assurance and risk management principles, together with a strong desire to demonstrate and achieve high Work Health and Safety standards and practice.

The Division of Facilities Management is responsible for developing and maintaining campuses of the University including planning, design and construction of new buildings, refurbishments and maintenance of existing buildings and development and maintenance of grounds with the provision of security services.
