Greenwich Business School is looking to recruit a Senior Standards and Planning officer to help support the smooth running of the academic year.

Sitting within the Standards and Partnerships office, the role holder will be responsible for a number of quality assurance and value adding tasks. One of the key projects this role will help support is the planning of the academic year ensuring that Progression and Award Board dates are logically planned.

The role holder will also be responsible for assisting with data requests in the faculty, both for internal use, FOI requests and Accreditation activities. Also Pivotal to the role is a clear understanding of higher education programme structures and how the university’s Banner system records these records. The Senior Standards and Planning officer will also help to construct handbook templates that will be put in use to assist students with this modules and programmes.

The role holder will also hold a senior role within the Standards and Partnerships office and will be expected to support the Faculty Partners and Systems manger to ensure smooth running of the team and KPI’s are met.

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of Higher education environment and be able to plan data and projects clearly and accurately and disseminate this information to a variety of stakeholders. They should also be able to lead projects and support the SPO team and the wider faculty projects.
