Our team of researchers lead key internationally competitive research from molecules to medicines, from patient to policy across a range of therapeutic areas.

We are currently seeking to appoint a Research Assistant - Immunohistochemistry.

The research laboratory you will be working in focuses on understanding the pathogenesis of motor neuron disease and frontotemporal dementia by studying brain tissue from patients with these neurodegenerative diseases.

About you

  • experience in immunohistochemistry and relevant analyses
  • experience in research - intensive environment or an interest in teaching and working in academia
  • experience in carrying out scientific literary searches and preparing literary reviews
  • demonstrated experience working in a PC2 laboratory with strong knowledge of good laboratory practice
  • demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships.
