About the Role

The Library is looking for an experienced and proactive professional to coordinate the development of academic literacy programs that support student success and retention, in partnership with our students, and in collaboration with the Library's professional and academic colleagues.

The Academic Literacy Coordinator works in partnership with the Research Literacy Coordinator and collaborates with the Library's Academic Services team to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate programs, resources and tailored academic literacy solutions to build students' academic and digital literacies.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the Penrith Campus.

About You

You will have a Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Linguistics, English or Education) and experience working in academic literacy at a tertiary level or an equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training.

You must have proven experience designing and delivering academic literacy programs together with experience in using diverse and emerging educational technologies in a blended or online learning environment.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $110,370 to $119,091 p.a. (comprising Salary of $93,264 to $100,633 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
