Detailed Description:
The Department of Leadership Studies in SOLES is hiring a lecturer to teach LEAD 505 - Developing Human Capital in the Spring 2023 term. We are looking for individuals who have a Master's or Doctorate degree and a minimum of two years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will also have

10+ years of experience developing and managing highly effective teams with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion in any sector (public, private or nonprofit)
Formal training in Human Resources

These are part-time, non-benefit based positions.

Note: The position will be hired either at the Assistant or the Associate level depending on the experience of the candidate selected.
