Job Description:

University of La Verne s La Fetra College of Education invites applications for part-time clinical faculty opportunities to develop the program for entry level Master s degree students interested in Educational Leadership generalist degree and/or the Preliminary Services Administrative Credential (PASC).

The program offers leadership core classes and research classes for master s students over three years.
The degree may or may not include the PASC depending on the educational and professional goals of each student.

Research includes purpose, research question, literature review, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

All part-time faculty applicants must have the following:

• Doctorate Degree
• Evidence of scholarly commitment (conferences, committees, published works)*
• Experience teaching (level dependent upon course)
• Technology Literacy

*strongly encouraged by not required

QUALIFICATIONS BY COURSE:
The following qualifications are desired:ORGL Leadership Core

• Practical Leadership experience in K-12, Administrative, Higher Ed, Non Profit Orgs, and Business
• Experience teaching a full semester course
• Background with technology and learning management systems
• Background in writing and/or editing
• Experience with program development, project management, and curriculum
• Experience with research

Preferred Qualifications:

ORGL Leadership Core
