Job Description

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) is a research centre of excellence at the National University of Singapore doing cutting-edge theoretical and experimental science.  CQT is located on the campus of the National University of Singapore and offers a friendly, international work environment. Quantum technology is rapidly progressing as one of the most disruptive technologies. To realize a quantum system requires team work of a diverse set of scientists and engineers. If you are one of those who is enthusiastic about quantum technology and would like to contribute to the worldwide effort of translating the technology from labs to fields, we are looking for you.

In particular we are looking for Research Assistant (Electronic engineering) who is hands-on with problem solving. The person will be part of a larger research team working towards developing and using quantum processors for complex problem solving. The job scope includes design and fabrication of mixed signal electronic boards as per the need of the project.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Physical sciences
  • Prior experience in Electronics design and fabrication would be advantageous
  • Experience in programming microprocessors, critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential

Remuneration will commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
