Assistant Lecturer in the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Education (Ref. 517263) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10 % of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal.)

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. degree, preferably in Education or a related field. They should demonstrate a good command of language necessary to support teaching and learning initiatives, and preferably have an understanding of teaching pedagogies, including problem-based learning and interprofessional education.  

The appointee will support a large-scale multi-institutional interprofessional education program; perform academic and research-based duties, including teaching, writing grant proposals and applying for funding for new programmes and initiatives; provide technical, logistical and pedagogical support to teachers, students and researchers; and perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will be expected to work collaboratively with teachers, supporting staff, students and other stakeholders.
