Student and Education Services are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join the Administration and Assessment Team in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences.
This post is offered on a permanent part-time basis at 0.58 FTE (21 hours per week).
The Administration and Assessment teams act as a first point of contact for educational matters and support aspects of the student lifecycle from induction through to graduation, including maintenance of student records and support for all assessment related processes. You will work closely with members of the team to ensure effective and professional support for all activities. You will liaise with academic staff and other colleagues across Student and Education Services.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who would like to learn about administration in a higher education context. You will be an excellent team player, well organised and have an adaptable approach to your work. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required, as is a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
