The Chief of Staff is a unique opportunity to play a key role in this transformation. Working directly for and with the Vice-Chancellor and President, you will play a critical role supporting her across the delivery of her full breadth of responsibilities. You will join up and lead key strategic initiatives, support effective communication across the University, and ensure that the Vice-Chancellor and President is connected to key external and internal groups. Maintaining an outward facing perspective, you will monitor sector-wide political and policy developments, ensuring that the University is positioned to respond with agility in a rapidly changing environment.

A gifted communicator, you will be confident working alongside our senior leaders to develop and implement strategy at an institutional level, with leadership experience within a university or similarly complex environment. With exceptional analytical skills, you will be able to maintain a maintain a strategic perspective while balancing a busy workload, operating with tact and discretion at all times.
