Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Yang Daiwen on structure-based drug discovery under a project on STRUCTURE-DYNAMICS-BASED DESIGN OF INHIBITORS FOR DENGUE VIRUS PROTEASE.

The main responsibilities of the position include

  • protein expression in bacteria,
  • protein purification,
  • Activity assay.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications / Discipline:
    • At least BSc (honours) in Life Science
  • Skills:
    • Basic molecular biology techniques or recombinant DNA technology,
    • Problem-solving
  • Experience:  
    • Protein expression and purification
