The Psychology Department is seeking to appoint two full-time, Lecturers in Psychology to cover maternity for approximately 12 months. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching in core BPS-accredited areas in Psychology.

The successful candidate will contribute to a thriving research culture in psychology at BCU. We particularly welcome applicants from candidates whose research will complement or enhance our existing areas of expertise in Health and Wellbeing, Lifespan and Behavioural Science, Identities and Inequalities or Crime and Society.

Applicants should possess a first and higher degree (PhD or equivalent) in Psychology which satisfies the BPS requirements of graduate basis for Chartership (GBC). Candidates should be actively involved in research, knowledge transfer or professional practice.
