Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 517030), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related biomedical discipline.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English; and be attentive to detail, self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.  Research experience in animal models of kidney injury, cell biology, flow cytometry and molecular biology would be an advantage.  The appointee with work with Professor T.M. Chan and Dr. S.Y. Yung on projects related to inflammatory and fibrotic processes in acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease.
