Require Dean for a Private College in Oman
An accredited private higher education institution in Oman invites applications for the position of Dean from qualified professionals with a strong commitment to teaching, research, and academic administration. The College offers undergraduate programs in Business Administration, Psychology, Criminal Justice, IT, Languages, etc. Applicants must possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem resolution, and Organizational, Interpersonal, and Communication skills.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree (in one of the fields mentioned above) from an accredited University, preferably from the U.K, USA, Australia, or New Zealand, and a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in the capacity of a Dean. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
