We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages:

Teaching Assistants (Early Childhood Education)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointees shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Liaising with early childhood education organizations and conduct teaching practice supervision;
• Providing professional teacher training activities and support;
• Supporting programme promotion and course coordination; and
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Dean of E&L or his/her delegate.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• A recognized bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, PGDE(ECE), CE holders with Bachelor degree or equivalent with teaching experiences at kindergarten;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Good organization and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; 
• Good command of Cantonese; and
• Working experiences at tertiary institutes would be an advantage.
