• Full time/Fixed Term until 31/5/23

• HEO7 - TRP $105,603 - $116,170 per annum inclusive of 17% superannuation

About the Position

Duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Support the annual planning cycles for the Office of the Provost, including data management and reporting across the wide span of OPV planning activities including:
• Academic Workload Planning
• Load Planning and course portfolio review
• Business Planning and performance review
• Course intake management
• Provide executive and administrative support for the Course Portfolio and Scholarships Committee (CPSC) and other committees as required
• Support the annual performance activities as well as OPV strategic initiatives through data collection, collation, and analysis to assist with insights and reporting.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have;

• An undergraduate degree in any area relevant to the position with at least 4 years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams.
• Demonstrated organisation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage several different projects concurrently.
