The Role and the Department

The International Office is responsible for:

  • The recruitment of international students to all areas of the university to meet institutional targets.
  • Supporting and managing the development of international partnerships and relationships with key sponsor bodies and international stakeholders to raise the University's global profile, meet recruitment goals and to support academic colleagues in developing international links and collaborations
  • Managing the university's student mobility programmes (Erasmus+ and other exchange partnerships) to meet the University's student mobility targets

The role will provide leadership for a team of administrators who support all aspects of the work of the international office. This work includes supporting inbound and outbound delegations, servicing a portfolio of education agents and sponsor and scholarship organisations, supporting internal communications and supporting diary management of the Director - International.
