A significant focus of the group is on transforming manual processes into user-friendly, intuitive online workflows incorporating the latest web technologies. The EAG is also responsible for managing the university's websites, including deployment of templates, ensuring consistent design and meeting accessibility and security standards. - SQL and/or PL/SQL
- Application expertise in relation to collaboration tools (in particular the Google suite)
- Experience with business intelligence tools (particularly Tableau)
Successful candidates will have experience in developing and deploying web-based applications, and/or in the implementation of large-scale enterprise applications.
Please note: we are particularly interested in candidates with strong web development skills.
The current vacancies are for contracts of 4.5 years, and we will be aiming to create a panel from which future vacancies will be filled. Applications from candidates looking to work part-time are also welcome. University College Dublin provides a dynamic and diverse working environment with many opportunities for development. While the long-term policy on hybrid working is still being finalised, it is anticipated that successful candidates for these roles will have a mix of home and onsite working.
