A founding member of the Russell Group, the University of Southampton is among the top 80 global universities and in the UK’s top 15. Our academics and diverse global student community are helping to change the world for the better.

Our new University Strategy sets out a commitment to ensure our graduates are recognised globally for a University of Southampton Experience that sets them apart: as curious; engaged; articulate; ethical; culturally aware; enterprising; and socially and environmentally responsible. As such, we’re investing in growing our global mobility programme to complement our success in our Turing Scheme bid.

We are seeking a Study Abroad and Exchange Coordinator to be part of our new, expanded global mobility offering.

As Study Abroad and Exchange Coordinator, you'll provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administration of the University of Southampton’s study abroad and exchange programmes comprising full year, semester and short-term overseas placements, and the coordination of staff mobility via the University’s global partnerships.

About you:

You’ll bring a passion for the transformative potential of study abroad and exchange. With well-developed administrative skills, you'll have a focus on delivering great customer service in a busy team, and enjoy interacting with students and staff across the university.

With a generous holiday allowance as well as additional university closure days we are committed to supporting our staff and students and open to a flexible working approach.
