Enquirer Experience Supervisor

Our new-look Student Recruitment Marketing and Events team is growing and we’re looking for inspiring people to come and join us. We are seeking an Enquirer Experience Supervisor to join our busy CRM & Enquirer Experience Team.

As Enquirer Experience Supervisor you’ll oversee a team of advisors whose main priority is responsible for responding and supporting prospective student enquirers, providing excellent customer service and information throughout the application process. As such, we are looking for a line manager with a passion for providing outstanding customer service that can ensure the highest of standards are being met. The role can vary day to day and will require a proactive supervisor to balance the needs of the team, wider University and customer.

About you:

The team are in the process of migrating to a new CRM system and will need a line manager who can actively lead them through the change. To be successful then, you will have experience working with a CRM system or be able to demonstrate adaptability to learn either new systems or to play a role in supporting a CRM system.  Supervising a small team, we are looking for you to demonstrate people management, training and development.

The team use multiple channels of communication so it would be desirable if you had experience working with either all or some of the current options including, live chat, social media, WhatsApp, email and telephone.
