Job Description

• Manage and facilitate the GeronEngage and Gerontechnology project under the leadership of the faculty members from Gerontology Programmes
• Design the programme planning, evaluation, and impact assessment of the GeronEngage and Gerontechnology project
• Conduct and facilitate community engaged research related to ageing
• Work closely with SUSS community partners and Gerontology alumni committee

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years of working experience or Master Degree in Gerontology/Social Sciences/Communication with experience in the field of community engagement and ageing
• Analytical with strong communication, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
• Demonstrate leadership, independent thinking and research skills
• Experience managing and implementing community based project and have strong social skills
• Exposure to programme planning and evaluation, change management and service improvement
